About the Role:

The role calls for a Full Stack Engineer (FSE) with expertise in developing robust, scalable applications in Java and React, along with modern frameworks and backend technologies. The position demands leadership in guiding technical strategy, mentoring team members, and ensuring architectural integrity in delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, Solution Architects, and Product teams to design and deliver reliable technology solutions.
  • Communicate product and solution requirements effectively to development teams.
  • Mentor peers and foster collaborative project efforts.
  • Engage in all stages of the development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment.
  • Enhance existing products and contribute to building new, innovative offerings.
  • Manage code reviews, post-project analysis, and define priorities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop strategic projects, streamline processes, and ensure scalability and sustainability.

Key Technical Skills:

React, Angular 15+, Java, J2EE, NestJS, Spring Boot, Micro frontends, Microservices, GraphQL, REST API, PostgreSQL, SQL

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in React or Angular 15+, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and modern backend frameworks.
  • Exposure to microservices architecture, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
  • Good database knowledge with PostgreSQL and SQL.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, product, and business teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude for technical mentoring.
